No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept any returns or exchanges on new or used equipment, batteries, or related items.
• Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications, compatibility, and condition before completing a purchase.
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Pre-Sale Inspection & Support

• We encourage all customers to inspect used equipment before purchase.
• Our team provides detailed specifications, photos, and condition reports upon request.
• For batteries, we share all available technical data and warranty info (if applicable).
